MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
We know that you want your hair piece ASAP. Hair Works Intl begins your order within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. Therefore any changes to your order must be received no later than 48 hours from the time you place your order. If you decide to make a change after the 48 hours you will be charged and additional 75.00 for wasted materials.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 3 business days. You may use your deposit for another order. However, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% for all custom wigs.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:
In no event shall hairworksintl.com be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever in excess of the amount the customer paid to hairworksintl.com for the items and product(s) at issue.
no action or proceeding may be brought against hairworksintl.com with respect to any claim or dispute arising from the use of this site or the purchase of any products or goods through this site unless such action or preceding is brought within one year of such use or purchase. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

If you fail these responsibilities, or Hair Works Intl has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information's untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Hair Works Intl has the right to suspend or terminate your purchase or account and refuse any and all current and future use of hairworksintl.com. Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law is prohibited
PAYMENT METHODS:
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in us dollars. All purchases are required to be payable in U.S. funds. All prices, specifications, and availability or products are subject to change without notice.
To place an order for any of our custom products and services, there is a 50% deposit required to start and complete your order.
Hair works will ship your order upon the receipt of the 50% balance. (No exceptions)

RETURN POLICY:
Hair Works Intl., LLC has built its name on service and integrity. It is our desire to provide you with quality products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect all wigs prior to shipping to ensure that they meet your specifications and our high quality assurance standards.
We are sensitive to the fact that investing in a lace front wig may be difficult for some customers. Therefore we want to make sure your shopping experience at Hair Works Intl is a pleasant one.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. There will be no refunds.
Customers may exchange unused items in original packaging within 4 business days or receiving their order. That means you can only return it in the exact condition that it was received. If you try it on, cut or modify the lace, apply the items, color style, comb, wash. We will not honor the exchange or offer store credit.
Please understand that these policies are necessary health precautions and we at Hair Works Intl will adhere to them.
We do not accept returns on wigs that have been altered-no exceptions

STOCK WIGS:
Due to the nature of our products all sales of our stock wigs are final. Once you have purchased one of our stock wigs you will not be able to return it or exchange it. Hair Works Intl. is a company of integrity, if for any reason we send you the wrong wig we will accept the wig for return, and replace it with the correct wig. If that wig was sold then and only then will we issue a full refund. However, the original wig that was sent must be returned to us in mint condition meaning it must not be altered in anyway. Please read the return policy portion of our terms and conditions for a full explanation.
SHIPPING POLICIES & METHODS:
We do not process or ship orders out on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Items in stock will ship within 24 hours of payment or 1 business day. If the item is not in stock we ship as soon as it is available.
Shipping charges are based on weight and value of your items ordered.
