I have always wanted long, beautiful, healthy hair. I was afraid of hair extensions. Until I saw Scheli’s advertisement in the local magazine, I only had to talk to her briefly and I felt so comfortable.

When I was 25 I had a head full of hair and tried hair extensions for length, they were fun and something different for the time being. When I turned 36 I noticed my hair was a lot thinner and I was not happy with the appearance. I started with Hairworks Int'l in 2004. I had worn track weaves for lots of years. My hair was dry, brittle, short and a bit scary. I began wearing hair extensions in the year 2000. In 2004 I was ready to go back to living life without them because my hair was so badly broken from all of the different types of extensions that I had tried.
